Syrian Reactions to the Killing of Iran's Supreme Leader

The new joint U.S.-Israeli military campaign against Iran is most likely aimed at some kind of ‘regime change’ at least in the sense of bringing about a change of government in Iran that will drop hostility to the U.S. and Israel as its cornerstone of foreign policy. The campaign has already managed to take out Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamane’i, a leading ideologue behind that policy.
