Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria: State of Emergency Declaration

Over the past few weeks there has been continual talk of a new Turkish military operation against some areas held by the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and its associated governing body called the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES).
